One of Fredericksburg’s annual festivals brings a little bit of Bavaria to the Hill Country. Three days of singing, toasting, dancing, and “gemutlichkeit” (friendliness) is featured at the 46th Oktoberfest. Expect food, a waltz contest, artisans, a polka contest, and dirndle and lederhosen contests.
