What is and isn't allowed on the platform.
Be a good Texan
Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or deceptive. Don't impersonate a person or a business. Don't post someone else's private information.
Honest listings and reviews
No fake listings, fake reviews, incentivized reviews, review swaps, or reviews of your own or a competitor's business. No misleading claims about awards, certifications, licensing, or Texas ownership.
Technical limits
No scraping, bulk downloading, automated account creation, spam, malware, security probing, or attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend listings, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Report problems through the contact page.
