In the 26th year of this competition, artists are exploring how they can use art to increase understanding of the different STEM elements of the arid and semi-arid land environment. Images reflect the 2026-2027 theme of water as it relates to arid and semi-arid environments. The resulting exhibition is one that calls to attention the beauties and realities of our increasingly dry planet.
